Introduction. Yamaha is of course one of the most famous manufacturers of quality musical instruments. Their attention to detail and quality is very much in the top rank of piano builders and has been for many years. This means when we buy a used Yamaha we know that it will still function reliably for very many years.

The Piano.  The MC1A is basically a rebodied U1. They have a simplified version of the Yamaha elegant cabinets, this one benefits from having curved legs. That Yamaha action is renown for its smoothness and easy usability, our MC1A here also has these excellent virtues. As we all know these versatile instruments are in many ways the perfect piano, ideal for beginners right through to advanced musicians. This piano here was built in 1990 in Japan. Our lovely piano has the typical Yamaha action which is very satisfying to use and a wonderfully open, clear tone.

The U1 measures at 121cm tall, 151cm long and 62cm deep. It has 88 keys and 3 pedals.
